Virtual simulations enable clients to efficiently communicate complex information by immersing their employees (students) in realistic situations. This process allows them to learn by engagement, activity and participating. These virtual simulations provide valuable experiential learning. This process is less costly compared to more traditional set-ups and it also enables students to practice the tasks they need to know to master a job task and gain valuable experience with the results.  When students respond in real-time and adapt their actions to a critical task, the experience gained for that skill just simply sticks better.

In addition to training and process immersion students can provide feedback and in response the client can provide future direction.

For example students have the ability to provided feedback on:

• the individual tasks they perform.
• their process to how they accomplished the task.
• The decision points they reached.
• each decision they make regardless of the consequence.
• their evolved specific strategy toward their goal.
• the impact their performance is having on key performance metrics.
• the overall impact their efforts are having on the organization as a whole.

While custom simulations can be used for a wide range of training scenarios, below the focus areas of Ryan’s services include:

• Critical Tasks base simulation: are used to teach users how to perform critical tasks such as auditing a facility, setting up a work area or operating a piece of equipment. 
• Software Simulations allow students to familiarize themselves with new software applications by practicing how to use the software in a realistic but non-production environment.
• Role play scenarios offer a very effective tool for teaching soft skills such as sales, customer service or leadership. 
• Business and Management simulations enable users to learn about complex processes or issues by placing them in control of realistic business situations.  Such simulations may take the form of educational games which I refer to as Game Based Learning. Commonly referred to as Serious Games, Advanced Learning Solutions, or Immersive Learning Simulations.
